Company History:
Ben Morris founded Cal-Pacific Painting and Maintenance, Inc. in 1976 in Van Nuys, California. The company originally began as an apartment turnover operation doing the painting, cleaning and carpet care needed by customers to prepare apartments for new tenants. As our customer base has grown, so has the size and complexity of our projects. We continue to provide our customers with top quality services in the residential market and have expanded into commercial and industrial painting markets.
Cal-Pacific Painting and Maintenance has been in the painting business for over 25 years. We have extensive knowledge and experience in many aspects of the painting industry. These include residential exteriors and interiors, commercial high-rise exteriors and interiors, industrial exteriors and interiors and tenant improvement projects. We advise our customers in the use and application of the newest materials including polychromatic coatings, elastomerics, catalyzed urethanes, catalyzed epoxies and electrostatic material applications. As new products evolve we stay current with the latest materials and application processes so that we may continue to provide our customers with the top quality specifications, project consultation services and the quality painting our customers deserve.
